These terms and conditions have been prepared in Bangla for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bangla version of these terms shall be considered final and binding. It is each user's responsibility to read, understand, and comply with these terms.
Db98 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be informed of any changes via registered email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Registration & Verification
When registering on db98, you must provide accurate and complete information. If an account is created with false or incomplete details, db98 reserves the right to terminate it immediately, and any balance in that account may be forfeited.
Information Required for Registration:
- Full legal name (as it appears on your national ID)
- Active mobile number (must match your bKash/Nagad registration)
- Date of Birth (must be 18 years of age or older)
- Valid email address
Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited. db98 may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
Account Security: Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. db98 is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

Age & Eligibility Requirements
The minimum age to use db98 is 18. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from using this platform. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that minors do not access or operate any account.
Warning: If any minor is found to be using a db98 account, that account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds will be non-refundable. db98 is firmly committed to the protection of minors.
In addition, to use db98's services you must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and hold a valid mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) registered in your own name. db98 cannot be accessed from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
Deposits and withdrawals on db98 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
Important Deposit Rules:
- Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
- After a deposit, please allow up to 10 minutes for the balance to reflect in your account.
- Users can set their own daily deposit limit as a responsible gaming tool.
Important Withdrawal Rules:
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within 30 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals cannot be processed until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- Large withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

- Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit. A minimum of 10x wagering is required before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
- Reload Bonus: A reload bonus is available on qualifying deposits made each week. An 8x wagering requirement applies.
- Cashback: A cashback percentage is paid on weekly losses. No wagering requirements apply to cashback.
- Referral Bonus: Both parties receive a bonus for each successful referral. The bonus is activated once the referred user makes their first deposit.
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all such accounts being terminated and all bonuses and associated winnings being forfeited.

Gaming Policy & Fair Play Rules
All games on db98 run on third-party verified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring that every game outcome is completely random and unbiased.
For Sports Betting and match odds, db98 offers internationally standard odds. Bets placed after a market has closed will not be accepted. If a bet is completed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, db98 reserves the right to void that bet.
Lottery Terms:
- Lottery draws are conducted via live stream at scheduled times.
- Prizes must be claimed within 48 hours of the winner announcement.
- KYC verification is mandatory when claiming rewards.
- If a lottery is suspended due to a technical issue, the ticket price will be refunded.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db98 platform:
- Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Attempting to manipulate the bonus system
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account
- Spreading false information that damages db98's reputation
- Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities for an unfair advantage
Consequences: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Db98 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- In the event of a breach of any provision of these terms
- On suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
- In the event of a failed KYC verification
- Suspected account compromise (for security purposes)
- By court order or legal obligation
Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided KYC verification has been completed.

Limitation of Liability
Db98 is not liable for the following:
- Game interruptions or losses caused by internet disconnection
- Losses caused by issues with the user's device or software
- Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways
- Service outages due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks)
- Losses resulting from sharing account credentials with another person
